Pissboiler - In the Lair of Lucid Nightmares (2017) – Crossing the dense musical boundaries.

The Swedish atmospheric drone / doom Trio - Pissboiler - makes its debut with the disturbing album "In the Lair of Lucid Nightmares". This kind of sonority is not for anyone who wants quick and hollow fun. Under the hideous climate it takes a dose of robustness to survive and not have the conscience crushed during the hearing.

The soundtrack developed by Pissboiler follows a dull uniformity typical of the drone, but adds to the solemn negativistic doom bump. LG makes those distant, guttural-cavernous intelligible vocals. The guitar in the uniform rhythm creates the sensation of subconscious pestilence, especially when prolonged by the inflexible drone distortion. There are 4 tracks, but only 2 may be called "songs" (in the current understanding) - Ruins Of The Past and Pretend It Will EndStealth it is what we could call lounge metal with its clean sound reverberated and anxious that fatigues mentally. And Cutters that it is a succession of screams and sounds created in a crummy atmosphere packed with sordid texture.
Of the remainder,

Pissboiler created an album difficult to absorb, made for those who attend the subversive call to reload their concepts of musicality. Rethinking tangible musical boundaries and going through them is a primordial requirement to understand "In the Lair of Lucid Nightmares". The problem with this type of sound is to haze the music with a very dense atmosphere.
